However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, we will be glad to make an exchange or refund your original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of your order. Unless the product is damaged upon receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds requested after 14 days of receipt of order will be issued a merchandise credit only. Bella Tunno will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
