Unless the product is damaged upon receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds requested after 14 days of receipt of order will be issued a merchandise credit only. Bella Tunno will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
